Guest Terms of Use
These Guest Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of booking interfaces, websites, and services powered by the Qorezo platform (collectively, the “Platform”).
By making a booking or using a Qorezo-powered booking experience, you (“Guest”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Role of Qorezo
Qorezo is a technology service provider that offers software tools enabling hotels to display room availability, accept bookings, and process payments through third-party payment gateways.
Qorezo does not own, operate, manage, lease, franchise, or control any hotel, accommodation, or hospitality service. Qorezo does not provide lodging, travel services, or guest experiences.
All accommodation services, stays, and hospitality obligations are provided solely by the hotel or property you book (the “Hotel”).
2. Relationship Between Parties
For every booking made through the Platform:
- The contract for accommodation is solely between you and the Hotel.
- Qorezo is not a party to the accommodation contract.
- Qorezo acts only as a technology facilitator.
Any issues related to your stay, including room quality, amenities, staff conduct, or services, are the sole responsibility of the Hotel.
3. Booking Process
The Platform enables you to:
- View hotel information and room options;
- Submit booking requests;
- Receive booking confirmations issued by the Hotel.
All booking details, including prices, availability, cancellation policies, and house rules, are provided by the Hotel. Qorezo does not independently verify such information.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Charges
Payments for bookings are processed through third-party payment gateways integrated with the Platform.
Qorezo does not collect, hold, store, or control guest funds. Payments are settled directly between you and the Hotel, subject to the terms of the payment gateway used.
Any additional charges, taxes, or fees are determined by the Hotel and disclosed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Cancellation, modification, and refund policies are determined exclusively by the Hotel.
Qorezo does not decide, approve, or process refunds. All refund timelines are subject to:
- The Hotel’s stated policies;
- Applicable payment gateway rules;
- Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and applicable law.
You acknowledge that delays in refunds may occur due to banking or gateway processing timelines.
6. Taxes and Invoicing
All taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), are charged and collected by the Hotel, where applicable.
Tax invoices, if required, are issued by the Hotel. Qorezo does not calculate taxes and is not responsible for the accuracy of tax charges or invoices.
7. Guest Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking;
- Comply with the Hotel’s house rules, policies, and local laws;
- Resolve stay-related issues directly with the Hotel.
You acknowledge that failure to comply with Hotel policies may result in denial of service or additional charges, as determined by the Hotel.
8. Data and Privacy
Personal data provided by you is processed to facilitate your booking and stay.
- The Hotel is the primary data controller for guest data.
- Qorezo acts as a data processor, processing data solely to operate the Platform.
Data handling is governed by applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and Qorezo’s Privacy Policy.
9. Platform Availability
Qorezo provides the Platform on a best-effort basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Qorezo shall not be liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond its reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Qorezo shall not be liable for:
- Hotel services or guest experiences;
- Booking cancellations or modifications;
- Refund delays or disputes;
- Losses arising from your stay at the Hotel.
- Qorezo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, business, or opportunity.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qorezo from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Violation of Hotel policies or applicable law;
- Misuse of the Platform.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
Qorezo may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
